Sleep Science Delivered app for iPhone and iPad

Sleep Science Delivered is a companion app for clinician-supported CBT-i Coach. The app is designed to help users who are working with a provider to track sleep habits and learn effective strategies for improving sleep.

This app does not provide treatment but may help those who are already working with a clinical treatment provider to self-manage sleep-related problems.

This app is designed specifically for those already enrolled in an authorized user experience study and REQUIRES an invitation code to fully unlock.
